Needless to say, I got these from Superdrug, England, and my my, was I fortunate or what to pick up a brand I had never heard of! Thankfully, there were such nice testers available which would make us go head-over-heels in no time.
They had the most charming range of shadows, in matte, shimmer and some palettes too and the price was unbelievable! I got these at around 2 pounds each (roughly INR 160 each) and where do I start about these shadows! The colours that I got are not only my favourite shades, but also fantastic finish in shimmer that I like, no chunky shimmer or gritty shimmer, but just soft shimmer that blends beautifully.
The casing is a simple square one in transparent plastic, but like they say, don’t judge a book by its cover. I am so glad I picked these and also upset I hadn’t researched enough about Superdrug and the brand and couldn’t get many more; instead was focusing one collection 2000 natural collection, Rimmel, etc. The shadows are extremely pigmented and soft and there is a story behind the one that broke. When we went to Chester, from where I got these, I shopped so much that we had to carry my daughter and use the pram for loading all the shopping:dance: and walk around the entire Chester city (a beautiful one with tudor style old school cottages). Since the pram was so overloaded and my husband obviously didn’t know much about makeup and things that can be brittle, this shadow was placed in another full bag (we don’t take plastic bags unless really necessary:haanji:, the shadow fell off on the cobbled streets in Chester and got shattered:waa.
These shadows don’t set, (if you have used L’oreal ones, you would know how they stiffen and don’t blend any further beyond a point in application). These aren’t like those, but still the formula is so nicely packed that there is no fallout and the application is also precise, really no-mess shadows. These do not smudge easily when blended, just too perfect! Yeah, I know one of mine is real messy since it got shattered.

By any means, these are a must have. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get any thing else from this brand, but there is always a next time.
